Overview

These terms govern your use of Daisy Link, physical photo products paired with a hosted web gallery. By activating a gallery or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your photos: warranty and license

You warrant that you have the right and, where required, the consent of every person appearing in the photos you upload. you're responsible for what you upload.

You grant Daisy Link a license to host, store, resize, convert, and back up your images for the purpose of providing the gallery service to you. We don't use your photos for any other purpose.

How long your gallery is hosted

Your gallery is included with your product and hosted for as long as Daisy Link operates, and your photos are never deleted by us. We do not promise this indefinitely, because no small company honestly can.

If we ever have to shut the service down, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to download all of your photos before that happens.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share. We may remove content that violates this or receives a valid takedown request.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
